President
Greaves Enterprises
Abbotsford, B.C.

I founded my own consulting firm to work with small to mid-size businesses. The company was terminated in 2001 prior to serving as the Director / Manager of Information Technology at Campus Crusade for Christ.

This company primarily was a marketing / technology business. I was contracted on a maternity leave in 1997 for a manufacturing plant in Abbotsford. The primary role was IT support for ACCPAC and our Linux Sendmail Server along with transportation logistics and quality control. I also developed an IT Strategy for the purposes of connecting offices in the US with our Canadian Headquarters. This contract began in 1997 and ran its course to 2001. This contract actually terminated after 9 months as the maternity leave expired and I was asked to stay on.

Prior to 1997 I provided website development, hosting and e-mail services for a small group of clients ranging from real estate to manufacturing. I taught HTML and Networking for Employment Canada. I was the Network Administrator for a small job relocation educational institute. Our network consisted of dumb terminals, Novell, Windows and Linux Servers.

Radio & Television

Technical Support, Announcer, Sales, Manager of Radio Station Okanagan Broadcasting Group, Interior Broadcasting, Jim Pattison Group, Crista Ministries, Seattle, Washington.

This career began in Terrace, B.C. and concluded in Lynden, Washington in 1994 after years of moving from city to city. My first introduction to automation systems took place in 1982, which eventually lead to being the Manager of the first radio station in North America to broadcast entirely from a computer hard drive. My programming skills were primarily kept to ticker tape and punch card routines and graduated to BASIC Language to run a full featured automation system 24/7.
